From sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews and keeping candidates in the loop, you’ll own the full candidate experience. We’re looking for someone who’s not just good with people, but also loves optimizing processes, spotting great potential, and staying sharp on hiring trends. You should be comfortable juggling a few things at once, moving fast, and keeping communication clear and human.

Get ready to

· Own the end-to-end recruitment process - from kickoff to signed offer.

· Proactively source top talent across job boards, social media, and your own network.

· Screen resumes and run interviews to assess qualifications and team fit.

· Attract and engage senior-level candidates across multiple functions

· Guide candidates through the offer process and support onboarding.

· Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the team.

· Keep candidates in the loop with clear, timely, and friendly communication.

· Build relationships with potential hires to keep them engaged and excited.

· Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to support smarter hiring decisions.

· Maintain clean, up-to-date candidate records and generate useful hiring reports.

· Constantly look for ways to improve our recruitment process, tools, and candidate experience.

· Support in other company-related activities when needed

We expect you to

· Have at least 2 years of recruiting experience in a startup or corporate environment.

· Fluency in both English and Lithuanian - written and spoken.

· Have experience hiring for tech, product, marketing, and business roles.

· Be skilled in sourcing, candidate assessment, and delivering great candidate experiences.

· Know how to communicate with confidence and clarity - in writing and in person.

· Be comfortable juggling multiple roles, shifting priorities, and learning new tools.

· Handle sensitive information with professionalism and care.

· Be organized, detail-oriented, and solid with time management.

· Bring curiosity and initiative, especially around AI, hiring trends, and smarter ways to work

Salary

Gross salary range is 2500-3800 EUR/month.
