We are looking

We’re expanding our design team and looking for a Performance Video Editor (Ads) who is passionate about creating high-impact digital ads and engaging visual content. If you love producing short-form videos, crafting visuals that tell a story, and designing content that drives results on Meta and Google – this role is for you.

Get ready to

· Create short-form video ads and UGC-style content that feels native to social platforms.

· Turn scripts, ideas, or rough footage into compelling video content.

· Design and edit visual ads that drive performance across Meta and other paid channels.

· Ensure visual consistency across various brands while staying creative with styles and formats.

· Collaborate with performance creatives and designers to bring data-driven ideas to life.

· Move fast, test often, and iterate based on performance insights.

· Track how your videos perform using metrics like CTR, CPC, and conversion rate, and improve based on insights.

We expect you to

· Understand what makes content convert, and be comfortable working with basic performance metrics (CTR, CPM, ROAS, etc.).

· Be skilled in video editing tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects (a big plus).

· Have experience creating content for paid social media campaigns, especially short, conversion-focused ads.

· Be comfortable editing UGC-style videos, motion graphics, or animation snippets.

· Be familiar with Photoshop and Figma for visual and ad asset support.

· Embrace feedback, experiment with new formats, and stay up to date with creative trends.

· Be open to using AI tools as part of your workflow.

· Manage your time and projects independently, with a proactive, organized approach.

· Communicate clearly in English and Lithuanian.

Salary

Gross salary range is 1900–2500 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

We have an amazing office in the heart of Antakalnis, Vilnius, overlooking the Sapiegos Park, which offers spectacular views in every season.
