We Are Looking

We are looking for a skilled Media Buyer (Meta) to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on managing and executing campaigns across multiple brands within the Facebook advertising platform. It requires a deep understanding of Facebook's diverse ad formats and advertising policies and a robust grasp of audience segmentation, tracking mechanisms, and attribution models.

Get Ready To

Manage, test, and optimize large-scale budgets to achieve top performance goals.
Plan and execute Facebook performance strategies that drive results.
Collaborate closely with a team of media buyers and performance creatives—both in-house and external.
Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to develop new testing and scaling strategies.
Explore and manage other paid social channels as needed.
Play a key role in project success and take full responsibility for your decisions.
Work primarily with brands in the D2C market.

We Expect You To

Have hands-on experience with Meta media buying and managing large daily budgets (min. $10K).
Ideally have experience in digital product marketing.
Understand how to implement and troubleshoot tracking tools (like GTM) and resolve tracking issues (e.g., pixel events).
Be familiar with third-party tools used to analyze and interpret data.
Pay close attention to detail and demonstrate excellent time management.
Be able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects.
Be passionate about paid social and eager to grow in the field.
Embrace testing, learning from failure, and scaling what's working.
Be fluent in both English and Lithuanian.

Salary

Gross salary range is 2800-4000 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
