We're seeking a Growth Manager passionate about driving business growth through innovative strategies and a data-driven approach. In this role, you will identify growth opportunities, execute marketing campaigns, and optimize the user acquisition funnel. · Gain an in-depth understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and player needs to guide strategic decision-making.
· Design and implement data-driven growth strategies that enhance user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
· Track, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics to validate initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to launch high-impact growth campaigns.
· Use market research and user analytics to refine products and boost conversion rates.
· Create reports and actionable insights for leadership, helping shape the direction of future strategies.
· Have proven experience in a Growth Marketing or Growth Manager role, preferably within a startup or tech environment.
· Have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to optimize growth initiatives.
· Have excellent communication skills, able to engage both gaming enthusiasts and professional traders.
· Be a proactive, solution-oriented problem-solver, with a hands-on attitude toward improving processes and achieving goals.
· Manage multiple projects effectively and prioritize them according to dynamic deadlines.
· Be fluent in English and Lithuanian.
Gross salary range is 2700–5000 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
