We Are Looking

You’ll be at the intersection of data and creativity. Your job will be to understand what works, why it works, and how we can make it even better. You’ll work closely with our marketing and design teams to create scroll-stopping, sales-driving content.

Get Ready To

Copywriting (headlines, call-to-actions, short posts oriented to sales or other KPIs).
Write briefs for graphic designers, video editors, animators, etc.
Script writing for actors to advertise our products.
Analyze ads testing data and make decisions based on it.
Analyze our competitors’ ads and identify trends, angles, and gaps.
Gather insights about target audiences.
Develop and execute compelling, data-backed ad concepts.
Closely work with project managers and marketing team (designers, performance specialists, etc.).
Think of visual brand execution.
Work with video shootings.
Constantly search for new ideas and market trends.

We Expect You To

Understand digital traffic and know which creative formats work best.
Track key metrics, analyze ad performance, and optimize based on insights.
Read performance data and quickly iterate on creative ideas.
Have strong creative intuition and know what captures attention.
Tell clear, compelling stories and present key messages in a visually engaging way.
Have native-level English fluency, with the ability to write persuasive, engaging content.
Possess strong Lithuanian language skills.

Salary

Gross salary range is 2000 – 3500 EUR/month.
