Copywriter

We Are Looking

We’re looking for a sharp, performance-driven Copywriter to join our team. You’ll create compelling ad copy for multiple brands with a focus on driving engagement and conversions. A strong grasp of direct-response copy, audience psychology, and platform best practices is key. You’ll work closely with media buyers and designers to deliver high-impact creative that gets results.

• Write bold, clear, and attention-grabbing copy across a wide range of formats - from in-app messages and advertorials to ebooks, guides, emails, landing pages, and blog posts.
• Shape your writing to match (and elevate) our brand’s voice across every channel.
• Team up with designers, marketers, and product folks to turn ideas into high-impact content.
• Dive deep into user needs and craft content that educates, motivates, and moves people to act.
• Research topics thoroughly to ensure everything you produce is accurate, relevant, and genuinely useful.
• Edit and polish your work (and sometimes others’) to keep it sharp, clear, and consistent.
• Juggle multiple projects at once while hitting deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

We Expect You To

• Have hands-on experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or in a similar role and be ready to show off your best work.
• Be a strong researcher who can pull insights from multiple sources and turn them into compelling content.
• Be comfortable writing anything from long - form educational pieces (guides, ebooks, blog posts) to short, conversion - driven copy (ads, landing pages, in-app messages, and advertorial-style content).
• Stick to style guides and content standards without losing your creative spark.
• Work well with other writers, editors, and product leads to bring projects to life.
• Bonus points if you have a basic understanding of SEO, marketing funnels, or conversion copywriting.
• Manage your time like a pro - meeting deadlines and giving accurate estimates when planning new tasks.
• Have strong English and Lithuanian language skills.

Gross salary range is 2000–2800 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

We have an amazing office in the heart of Antakalnis, Vilnius, overlooking the Sapiegos Park, which offers spectacular views in every season.
